Owned the client-facing platform end-to-end, driving onboarding of top enterprise customers including Nubank and Affirm. Migrated the post-call analysis system to a multi-tier LLM architecture, reducing inference costs. Built voicemail detection across all outbound calls, going deep into SIP and call signalling at the infrastructure level to detect voicemails in real time, which increased revenue efficiency for enterprise clients.

Built the core AI agent orchestration engine executing workflows across 10+ tools (HubSpot, Slack, Linear, Google workspaces etc.). Developed the chat interface, natural language queries, and Loops (scheduled agents). Shipped SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SCIM, and zero-retention LLM architecture.

Built a Technology Lifecycle Management notification system using Spring Boot and Camunda to enforce cloud compliance across JPMC. Designed AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, EventBridge, S3) with Terraform and reusable modules.

Software Engineer Intern

Developed key features for the Business Grant Portal under Government Digital Services, including a rich markdown editor and multi-step form applications using React TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. Architected GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated testing via React Testing Library, enabling Test Driven Development and reducing regression bugs.

Built an end-to-end internal tool using React.js and Flask with Elasticsearch-powered search, providing a dashboard for real-time job status monitoring. Implemented Spring Cloud Gateway with Redis caching to reduce API latency and minimize redundant downstream calls. Designed automated Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD.

CIO Network Engineering App Developer

Designed and built an end-to-end data analytics platform using Vue.js and Flask, enabling users to upload Excel files and auto-generate interactive visualizations with Plotly and Seaborn. Implemented backend data processing with Pandas and containerized the application with Docker for deployment on IBM Cloud.

Data Analyst Intern
